Select the country you are flying to and the terminal you are departing from.
Enter the flight number and date in the special field.
Provide the necessary data to receive a PDF file with a QR code for completing Fast Track.
Download the voucher.

Scan your boarding pass at the counter. IMPORTANT: The name and flight number on your voucher must match the details on your boarding pass.

If your boarding pass is not recognized due to technical reasons, scan the QR code from the voucher you received.

Once your boarding pass/voucher has been scanned, you will be allowed to skip the security check.

You can provide the voucher in both electronic and printed form. If you have decided to show the electronic voucher, turn up the brightness level of your device before scanning the QR code.

For which cards is the Fast Track service available?
The Fast Track service is available to holders of Visa Platinum Business, Visa Signature Business, Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, and Visa Infinite premium cards.
Can I use the service without a QR code?
No, Fast Track turnstiles open after scanning the QR code. At airports where there are no turnstiles, the QR code is scanned at the Fast Track counter by a responsible airport employee.
My phone battery is dead, how can I use the service?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to use the service without a QR code. Make sure your phone or other device is fully charged to scan the QR code. You can also provide a printed QR code for scanning.
Are there any limits on the use of the service?
Yes, depending on the card type.

The offer can be used throughout the year with the following cards:

Visa Platinum – 2 vouchers per year (no more than 1 per day).

Visa Signature – 10 vouchers per year (no more than 5 per month and 1 per day).

Visa Infinite – unlimited number of vouchers (no more than 5 per month and 1 per day).

Visa Platinum Business — up to 2 complimentary visits per year, with no spending requirement.

Visa Signature Business — up to 6 complimentary visits per year, with no spending requirement.
Can I use the Fast Track service upon arrival?
The Fast Track service upon arrival is only available at Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) in Istanbul.

Unfortunately, for certain reasons, this service is not available at European airports upon arrival. For your convenience, there is an additional Meet and Greet service, which operates in the arrivals area and allows you to pass through passport control without queues. The service is charged separately.
What are the benefits of the Fast Track service?
Airports in Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Georgia, Spain, Italy, the Republic of Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, North Macedonia, Poland, France, Switzerland:

aviation security control procedure without queues.

Airports in Turkey:

first security control without queues;

aviation security control procedure through a separate passage;

passport control procedure through a separate passage.
When should I activate the Fast Track service?
The QR code that grants fast-track access can be generated in advance, no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the flight. It can only be activated on the day of the flight. In the airports of Milan (MXP), Italy; Geneva (GVA), Zurich (ZRH), Switzerland; Frankfurt (FRA) and Düsseldorf (DUS) airports in Germany, the QR code can be generated in advance, no later than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the flight. For Dubai Airport (DXB), UAE, the QR code can be generated in advance, no later than 48 (forty-eight) hours before the flight.
Does the Fast Track service apply to family members?
No, the QR code is generated for one person only and is only valid for the Visa cardholder.

Does the monthly transaction volume requirement apply to other services included in premium products (such as insurance, concierge, etc.)?
Other services included in premium products are available to cardholders regardless of spending level.
Which transactions are taken into account for spending limit, and which are not?
All transactions in the retail network, as well as outside Georgia and on the Internet, are taken into account.

Cash transactions, non-cash transfers from the card, account transactions linked to the card (such as internet banking transfers, credit payments, transfers by bank details, etc.) are not taken into account.
Are transactions from a mobile phone (token) taken into account?
They are taken into account when calculating total costs.
How is a month calculated?
All transactions for the last 35 days before the current date are counted, except for transactions for the last 5 days.
Is the number of trades taken into account?
No. Only the amount is taken into account.
What happens if funds are returned to the account (for example, an item is returned)?
The transaction amount for the current month is reduced by the amount of the return.
If the card was issued only a few days ago and there hasn’t been an opportunity to spend the required amount, is it still possible to use airport services?
The first attempt to use any of the airport services will be made without checking for compliance with the spending requirements (regardless of when it was made).
Are there any additional requirements that the card must meet?
The card must be active and in use by its holder (the name on the card and the boarding pass must match).
How is the calculation period for free use of airport services determined?
It is a calendar year: from January 1 to December 31.
Are free visits carried over to the next period (year)?
No. Free service counters are reset every year.
