Use your Visa card to make purchases anywhere and you're protected from unauthorized use of your card or account information. With the Visa Zero Liability policy1, your liability for unauthorized transactions2 is $0-you pay nothing.
1 Visa's Zero Liability Policy covers Canada-issued cards and does not apply to anonymous Visa Prepaid*, Visa Purchasing, Visa Corporate, Visa Commercial, or any transactions not processed by Visa. Visa Cardholders must notify their financial institution immediately of any unauthorized use. For specific restrictions, limitations and other details, please refer to your issuer cardholder documentation.
*A Visa Prepaid Card will be considered anonymous if the cardholder's identity has not been validated by the issuing financial institution (for example, a Visa Prepaid Gift Card).

Lost/Stolen Card Reporting

Just call Visa Customer Service at 1-800-847-2911, or 1-303-967-1096 collect, and a Visa representative will work with you to notify the appropriate parties and replace your card.
Emergency Card Replacement Service
If your card is lost or stolen, a representative at Visa Customer Service (1-800-847-2911 or call collect at 1-303-967-1096) will work with you to arrange a convenient location for you to pick up your emergency replacement card, or will make arrangements for direct delivery.
Emergency Cash Service
Call on Visa when you need an emergency cash advance delivered - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A representative at Visa Customer Service (1-800-847-2911, or call collect at 1-303-967-1096) will work with you to arrange a convenient location for you to pick up the cash, or will make arrangements for direct delivery, usually within 24 hours.
